-650+ Credit score for all adults over 18 years of age.
-Three times the amount of rent in monthly income. (Example: $800 rent. Need to have at least $2400 monthly income).
-Good rental history, no evictions/foreclosure/repo, no utility collections, no payday loan collections
Prospective Tenant Must Have:
-Las Vegas Realtor Rental Application
-$85 Application Fee for each adult applicant in Money Order or Cashiers Check.
-2 months of current pay-stubs
-2 months of current bank statements
-Landlord Referral Letter
-Photo ID or Passport
-Las Vegas Realtor Pet Application w/ photo of pet
-Service Animal certifications and supporting documents
