Single Family Home Prices Rise

Southern Nevada median price of single family homes rose $3,500 over the previous month.  The area has had 6 consecutive months of home sales over 4,000.

The median price of an existing home rose to $123,500 however, it is still down 33.7 per cent from a year ago.

Existing home sales rose to 4,311 in September.
